Join us for our first Morning Stroll of the year—a relaxed, low-pressure way to move your body and connect with other mamas in our community.
This stroll is all about starting your week with intention, fresh air, and community. Whether you’re coming with your little ones in tow, strolling alongside older kiddos, or joining us solo, you’re welcome just as you are. We’ll walk at an easy pace, chat, and create space for connection while getting active together. To keep everyone fueled and hydrated, Liquid I.V. hydration sticks and snack bars will be available for both mamas and kiddos.
